Contact us and our emergency crews will be on site within 1 hour. Upon arrival, our team will assess the situation and develop a mitigation plan. Once we have your authorization, we will execute the mitigation and clean up. Our goal is to minimize damage to your property. We will bill your insurance company directly for the emergency.
Mitigation & Cleanup
We will stop the damage from spreading and prevent it from getting worse. If necessary, we will secure and board up the property, extract water and sewage, pack and remove your contents, install drying and dehumidification equipment, clean up debris, as well as, apply disinfectant and an antimicrobial product to comply with IICRC regulations, protocols, and best practices. This process can take anywhere from one hour to several days.
Prepare the Estimate & Manage the Claim
The project manager visits the property, collects data to prepare the estimate using Xactimate software-the same software used by insurance companies. The estimate and scope of work are submitted on your behalf to the insurance adjuster. We will then come to an agreement about how much it will cost to get your home or business back to pre-loss condition.
Return Your Property to Pre-Loss Condition
Once an agreement has been reached with your insurance company, an EJH project manager will schedule the appropriate trades and skilled carpenters to repair and rebuild your property.
